Call for Book Chapters: Italian as a Foreign Language: Teaching and Acquisition in Higher Education. Vol. II
Vernon Press warmly welcomes scholars to submit proposals for book chapters for the upcoming second volume of "Italian as a Foreign Language: Teaching and Acquisition in Higher Education. Vol. II" edited by Alberto Regagliolo.
About the Volume
The Italian language, integral to various foreign university curricula, is complemented by a range of specific subjects and courses. These encompass cinema, music, geography, history, dialectology, and more. All these courses provide opportunities to enrich linguistic and cultural heritage, unlocking new educational horizons.
The second volume of "Italian as a Foreign Language" aims to deepen the intricate connection between the instruction of Italian as a foreign language in the university context and the diverse subjects within academic curricula.
Continuing the structure of the first volume, this edited edition will comprise two distinct parts: one section dedicated to pedagogical approaches and methodological proposals, and another section focusing on case studies and projects.

Submission Details
We welcome contributions from educators, researchers, and practitioners in the field of Italian language education. Submissions should be in English (British) and follow the formatting guidelines provided by the editor.
Please submit your book chapter proposals (including a 150-word abstract, a 200-word bio note, and up to 6 keywords) to a.regagliolo@uksw.edu.pl.
Chapter Length:
Should your proposal be accepted, the target length for each chapter would be approximately 5,000 to 12,000 words.
