Call for book chapter proposals: 'Reimagining the Nature of Work: A Comprehensive Analysis of Interpersonal Communication, Generational Dynamics, and Leadership in the Post-Pandemic Era'
We are inviting scholars, researchers, and practitioners to contribute chapters to an upcoming edited volume that explores the evolving nature of work in the post-pandemic era. This book will provide a comprehensive analysis of the critical issues surrounding interpersonal communication, generational dynamics, and leadership within a distributed workplace. We seek original, high-quality research that addresses the implications of these changes across various disciplines, including sociology, history of work, communication, leadership, organizational behavior, and human resources.
Book Purpose: The aim of this book is to offer insights into what is working well in terms of enhancing the quality of work and fostering creative collaboration in distributed workplaces. - Digital Communication: What are the challenges and opportunities of maintaining team cohesion and collaboration when communication is mediated through digital platforms?
- Workplace Inequalities and Remote Work Challenges: What are existing inequalities in the workplace, and how are they impacted or exacerbated by remote working arrangements?
